You must be 18 or older to work with us. We'll need proof of your age - a readable photo copied ID. If you are a couple we need a copy of both persons Ids. Your information will be kept confidential and on file for 2257 – Federal/State Guideline purposes only.
1: Our Services
a) We will design and maintain a virtual web site containing your photographs and information. This information is and always will remain yours. By signing this agreement via online or by printing it off and signing it you are giving us permission to post your photographs and information on the Internet. We will maintain control of the site updates and the site contents as long as you are in Agreement with us. Your pictures will be made into a virtual site of FreakMommas and be posted on the FreakMommas Web Site. You will then be considered an Affiliate of FreakMommas.
2: Non-Transferability of Account
A site/account with Triple sSs Publishing is non transferable.
3: Age Verification
We are required by Federal Law to keep on file all records of ANY person(s) appearing in any pictures that are posted on our web sites. We have available for you to print off a standard release form that we use.
4: Payouts
You get 50% of your content/site revenues. We split all fees and charges equally to include any refunds and charge back's.
We split the CCBill/PayCom service fees. CCBill currently charges 14.5% and PayCom charges 13.5%. CCBill mails out checks when a $25.00 minimum is reached. PayCom mails out checks when a $50.00 minimum is reached. Both CCBill & PayCom send out checks weekly.
You are responsible for claiming taxes on the monies you make.
5: Site Updates
You are required to send in at least two updates per month. We recommend that you send in more updates per week to increase your sales.
6: Voluntary Site Removal
You can request at any time to have your site removed.
Your site members are will be moved to our Contributions/Specials Area for 180 days so the members of your site can run their membership time out. That's only fair since they bought memberships to see your images/videos.
If you breach our agreement or haven't fulfilled your site update requirements as per section (5) of this agreement then your site content will remain in our Contributions/Specials Area for 365 days.
7: We Reserve the Right
We reserve the right to take down your images and information at any time and stop payment as of that date.
8: Our Rights to Modify This Agreement
We may modify this agreement on our web site in any way, at any time. It’s your responsibility to review the agreement on the web site on a regular basis to ensure compliance with the latest version of this agreement. Your continued Affiliation with FreakMommas after the posting of the new agreement constitutes your acceptance to the changes.
9 Unacceptable Activities
Do not send in or post images that violate anyone’s rights or are unlawful. We do not promote any type of illegal activities in any way shape or form.
